In a bowl, whisk egg white and water until foamy. Add walnuts and almonds and toss to coat completely.
In a large zip-top plastic bag, combine Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, cinnamon, ginger, salt, coriander, allspice, and cayenne. Seal bag and shake vigorously to mix.
Add half the nuts to bag and shake to coat thoroughly with spice mixture. Transfer to a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining nuts. Spread nuts into a single layer.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until nuts are caramelized. Cool completely before serving.
