Mix almond milk, Splenda Monk Fruit Sweetener Packets, pumpkin, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, chia seeds, and oats together in a small bowl. Pour into a jar, cover and refrigerate overnight.

For a gorgeous layered jar, add about ¼ cup of zero sugar vanilla yogurt on top of the pumpkin oats. Sprinkle toasted pecans on top.
