In a small saucepan, add water and Splenda Sweetener and bring to a boil, stirring continually. Turn off heat, stir in fresh mint leaves, and let mixture stand for 40 minutes to cool.
Pour mixture through a sieve or strainer into a glass jar. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Mint Simple Syrup will keep 2 – 3 weeks in the refrigerator.

Mint Simple Syrup has many delicious uses in hot drinks such as mint chocolate hot cocoa, or cocktails and mocktails such as mimosas; also, a delicious addition to iced tea!
