In a small jar, add espresso or coffee, sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and very hot water. Allow 5 minutes to cool. Put lid on jar and shake until coffee is dissolved and ingredients are well-combined.
Pour oat milk into a glass filled with ice. Pour shaken espresso mixture on top, and stir together. Enjoy immediately!

For a change in flavor, swap out cinnamon for cocoa powder.
