Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt together until combined. In a separate large bowl, mix Splenda Magic Baker Brown Sweetener and butter together until combined. Mix in egg and vanilla until combined.
Fold in dry ingredients, chocolate and pecans until just combined. Spread dough evenly into prepared skillet.
Bake until golden-brown and center is set, about 20-24 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Top with ice cream. Slice and serve.
