In a medium saucepan, whisk together water and Splenda Stevia Sweetener until sweetener is dissolved.
Add berries, fruit juice, and zest; bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until fruit is completely softened.
Let mixture cool; transfer to a blender and purée. Stir in chopped mint.
