Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9” x 9” baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine Splenda Sweetener, oil, milk, egg, juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Stir in apples and walnuts. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
  5. In a bowl, combine flour, Splenda Sweetener, cinnamon, and baking powder; whisk to combine. Add oil and mix until blended. Fold in walnuts. Sprinkle topping over the batter.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
