Instructions
For fritters: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar blend, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together until combined. Mix in milk, eggs and lemon juice until combined. Fold in apples until just combined.
Line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Working in batches, spoon scant ¼ cups of batter, 2-inches apart, into air fryer. Coat with olive oil cooking spray. Cook until light golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
For glaze: Meanwhile, combine sugar blend, milk, cinnamon and butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally until sugar blend dissolves, about 3-5 minutes. Dip cooled fritters into glaze and serve warm.
