In a blender, add all ingredients and pulse to blend. Add another splash of almond milk if needed and pulse again. Smoothie should be thick and creamy.
Scoop out smoothie into a bowl. Top with a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes, fresh raspberries or strawberries, and pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
Note
Meal-prep smoothie bowl by putting all ingredients (except almond milk) into a zip-top bag and placing in the freezer. When ready to use, empty ingredients into a blender, add milk, and blend! Breakfast done ahead of time.
Use any toppings you prefer or that are available.
