Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 1- to 2-quart shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
In bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, raisins, Splenda Sugar Blend, egg, egg whites, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Drain noodles, reserving ¼ cup cooking water. Add reserved cooking water to sauce mixture and mix well. Add drained noodles and toss gently to coat. Transfer mixture to prepared dish.
