Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8” x 8” baking pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together flours and Splenda Brown Sugar Blend. Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut butter into flour just until mixture is crumbly. (Do not overmix.)
Press dough into prepared baking pan. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until lightly browned.
To make the filling:
In a bowl, combine Splenda Sweetener and flour. Add eggs and blood orange juice. Mix until well blended, then mix in blood orange zest.
Gently pour filling over the prebaked crust. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for about 2 hours before cutting into bars.
