Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9” x 13” baking pan.
Into a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, combine Splenda Sweetener, oil, and mashed banana; stir to blend. Mix in pumpkin and vanilla extract. One at a time, mix in eggs and egg whites.
Gradually mix in flour mixture. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
